Foxglove

A cloudy showery day with occasional sunny patches.  I spent some time gardening but most of the day on the sofa looking at slippers with soles which had a good grip. I'm very pernickety as I've got to like the uppers as well as the soles. Also bought stick on rubber soles for my present slippers.  Probably overkill as I've been in the house for something like forty years without falling on the stairs  but that's twice recently. The joys of old age.
