Salsify

Another hot, sunny day. 

A pleasant day, this morning K and a friend came round for coffee, hurriedly made some cheese scones, there was cake too! Good to be able to sit in the garden.

This afternoon K and I went for a long walk along the seawall, tide was in so the creeks were full. I took some photos and he looked for birds, not many about, they were probably being sensible and staying in the shade! Had an icecream in K's garden when we arrived back.  I then watered the plants at the churchyard, went to the shop for bread and milk then walked home. Spoke to my friend, watered my garden and had supper.
