Quiet and comfy night in the camper. Busy day. Park run /walk in Kilrush with added cake ( thanks to Jackie the volunteer ). Dog fell in the steam and I had to rescue him as he couldn’t get up the deep steep sides ( his cataracts are getting worse and there’s nothing to be done ) . He was fine , less bothered than me !
Enjoyed our tour of vanderleur garden centre, walled garden and brunch in the old stables courtyard, in the sunshine. A whizz through Kilkee and onto Loophead lighthouse and a majestic and very high cliff walk in pretty windy conditions
The guillemots ( like small penguins) are in their hundreds on the bottom part of cliff in the picture and gulls with eggs higher on the ledge.
We had to keep a very tight rein on the dog !
