Arthurs Seat

Today I did plan to run the 7 hills of Edinburgh route with a group at a social place but I arrived at the meeting point and no one was there. I therefore did it solo which was good also as it meant I could take my time and find the best lines on and off some of the hills.

After I took this photo I put my phone down and then managed to run off without it. After a minute or so my watch vibrated, warning me it had lost connection with the phone. After a quick check, it indeed was not in my bag so I rushed back to the top of Arthurs Seat and luckily it was still there where I left it among the dozens of people. Phew.

The route is Calton Hill (off screen to the right) > Castle >  Corstorphine (hill behind the castle) > Craiglockhart > Braids > Blackford > Arthurs Seat > Calton Hill
