Strutting his stuff

Back to the gym this morning after a week off. It was Anne's birthday,  ( she is a year younger than me) and Cath had big news. An offer has been accepted on her home, and she has seen a flat near her daughter in Devon. It looks like she will be moving soon, although she is still unsure she is doing the right thing. It's a major decision to be making, not one I would want to make. I had a migraine while I was in the gym, so I went out to take my Migreleve tablets, and by the time we went for coffee, it  had started to get better.  We had  a very lively catch up, and now the worlds problems have all been sorted.  I took this one photo on my way to meet J, which was lucky for me.
