Wheatear.

Before lunch out with our friends, we had a bracing blue sky walk with them along the shore. I think this is a wheatear, but please correct me if not.
Extra 1: Looking towards Appledore.
Extra 2: Frothy waves. There were several windsurfers out, all seemingly with strong arms and thick wetsuits.
