Twinning reaffirmation?

The London Borough of Richmond has been twinned with Konstantinos in Germany and Fountainebleau in France for 65 years. Lots of flags are up around the Borough and next weekend various events will be held.

This photo is in Hampton Wick …the large building was a nice pub…the Rose and Crown when we first moved here with a little theatre upstairs. When it closed there was a nice noodle restaurant and then a furniture shop. Quite recently it has opened as a Sainsburys Local! I’m guessing the Sale sign is for flats on the first or second floor.

This morning I popped to the allotment and had coffee in the cafe there plus checked the plot with my friend who I share with. 
Then to lunch with my daughter and family, a nice barbecue and we could sit in the garden.
