Pizza making

Today we booked a pizza class at lunchtime, so we first learnt how to make fresh mozzarella followed by the pizza dough, then the fun bit adding the toppings, cooking and eating. It was good fun and will be trying out making pizza dough back home.

After the class we had a little wander around Sorrento, stopped for an icecream and then went back to the hotel for an afternoon in the sunshine.

Tonight the hotel had a Gala dinner which was 4 courses of delicious food, so full we can’t move!
