Bug

I don't know what this wee insect is called but it was hanging tightly to the flower in the breeze and at this point it was sunny.  
Pilates class tomorrow so it will be interesting to see how I get on, it has certainly made me aware of muscles I previously didn't think about, I just took them for granted and they would do their job.
