found as i was - searching for a wildflower - actually and there it was - suddenly playing hide and - seek with me - although in all honesty - it was more hide - i think the poor thing - thought i was a - picture of doom for it - little did it know - how far from the truth - that could’ve been - but i don’t believe - it was understanding me

at any rate - not my best effort - yet i desired to record it - as the first - btw, did you know this - tiny bug is commonly referred to - as the convergent lady beetle - and they can lay - more than 1000 eggs - over the span of - a few months during spring - or early summer - an amazing feat for such - a small critter - and so it goes - sometimes that’s all - it takes to make it…
