Little Grebe

The rather unpleasant green algae on the pond in Rouken Glen does make it much easier to spot the little Dabchick when it is on the surface of the water. I think those little birds spend more time under the water than on top. I only spotted one today but I'm sure that there were others.

Tomorrow, being Tuesday, it will be a Pollok Park walk with both Holly and Fouter and two leads for me to trip over.
