The garden gasping for a drink

The lack of rain here goes on. It’s been another warm and sunny day. I had my physio session this morning and a whole portfolio of new exercises. They are slowly working! This afternoon I mowed the lawn - the first trim since April. The main reason for this was to tidy up the daisies. Many of them have died due to the drought. We seem to be in private rain free triangle here in North Gloucestershire.
