I have had to wait in all day in the hope I would get my car back from the garage.

Finally late afternoon I got a call saying it was ready , when she told me the price I had a heart attack, I cried and the UK banking system came crashing down.

With fortunate timing as I arrived one of the managers/ mechanics not sure which, came out and commented on the repairs. I mentioned the price and he checked the computer and found it was wrong and amended it. 

Although still expensive it was vastly less than the original.

If I had not seen him I would have ended up paying too much and have no knowledge of doing so.
