A day in the life

Sun is shining, the sky is a bit cloudy but often blue, it's the second of June. Even so, I'm cold and need to put a fleece jacket on because I'm painting in the shadow and the rather strong chilly wind is changing the whole picture. Very nice to look at but quite uncomfortable to be in if it's relaxing on an early summers day you're after.

My focus is painting though, also uncomfortable for an old body to be climbing up and down on ladders and the platform. I tell myself it's good for me to use my body in ways it normally don't get pushed into but the result is that it leaves me achy and stiff in the evening. Two and a quarter wall is now painted, all the white has been cleaned and the wall that can be seen from the road is ready. Fiddly work and I'm not sure about how to paint the two high gables, that I'm leaving till all the rest is done and then discuss it with my landlord. The rest should be done sometimes during next weekend hopefully. My blip is an attempt to capture something resembling the warm feeling it awakens. The photographer is warmly dressed though.
