Much excitement in the morning spent on the phone to an insurance company *and* HMRC. How lucky am I? Actually they were both fine, especially the woman from HMRC but sadly she was only shutting down all the brewery stuff and not fixing my tax code or giving me back some money.

And then to local hardware superstore Clarik for nuts and washers to attach the element to the back of the smoker. Did that and the lunch decision was to take the mutt for a walk in a forest with M rather than rewire the smoker and blow some fuses. I'll save that for tomorrow.
