Just picked up this book, The Unlikely War Hero, from the library…. It is the true story of Doug Hegdahl, a POW in the infamous Hanoi Hilton in Vietnam — and Doug just happens to be from my hometown. A remarkable story of his survival — and his part in identifying over 250 additional POWs. An amazing story!!
