Heading home (Day 3679)

Today has been spent travelling. My beautiful wife and I were collected by Lord and Lady D and driven to the airport in Southampton.
Unbelievably there were no massive queues at security and it was remarkably stress free. We had time for a coffee while we waited to board, and the flight was only delayed by ten minutes.
We had a few hours to kill in Edinburgh which we managed to do by people watching, reading and eating. Loganair surpassed themselves by managing to make the flight run on time.
After landing in Kirkwall, HV and I headed to Mum's for a blether and to collect Sigyn who is delighted to have us home.
It has been a fabulous few days.
