Getting a Good Soaking

Last year’s borlotti beans (that I saved from the compost heap) are being soaked by S, ahead of hitting the air fryer apparently. How long to soak though?
I’m just back from tenpin, the final singles league game of the season, and pretty happy as I played a bit better and managed to win a few points. That’ll hopefully save me from relegation!
