Working from home

I had a dental appointment first thing do I worked from home. Thankfully all I needed was a check up and clean. I was traumatised after the last clean - it was so painful! This was a new dentist but he had the magic touch as although it wasn’t exactly a pleasurable experience it wasn’t painful at all.

As I was home we popped to Costa for a quick lunch. It wasn’t too busy. Mum had asked me to see about getting a chair lift installed to make life easier for Dad. He took umbrage at that and they had a mini tiff but by the end of lunch they had all decided it was a good idea. A chap is coming tomorrow to take a look and give us a quote.

Leo and I popped out for a wander once I finished work and then I had some nice fruity rice and chicken. He also went for a run later with Bobbie. He has well and truly stuck to his health and fitness phase.
