CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH

I met some of my biking buddies this morning and it was great to see Stuart and Mary back out again. Stuart had prostate cancer and is now recovering from a prostatectomy. The good news is that he has been given the all clear and hopes to be back out on his bike in a couple of months. Now that's what I call a result.
