Ingleton

Me and the big sister headed off to the lakes for a short spa trip.  We oculdn't check in until 3, so stopped off and Ingleton to do the waterfall walk which neither of us has done in over a decade.  Lunch was had at the GEM cafe which has taken over my old favourite curlew crafts. Although I'm sad there's no longer home made apple crumble and custard on the menu, the food was very good.  The waterfalls walk was stunning as always.

We're staying at the Low Wood Resort as I've thought that the spa there looks incredible.  It's a great location on the edge of Windermere and I'm looking forward to seeing the fells and chilling out in the spa (and doing both at the same time!)
