Let them grow vegetables

Someone high up in the Bordeaux City decision-making hierarchy obviously decided that creating some vegetable gardens downtown would be a very good thing to do.  

Let's put them right in the middle of the action beside the Garonne River, where everyone goes to chat and jog and cycle  and picnic and generally hang out.  And it's also where the cruise ships dock.

So they did !
