Little threatening cloud?

I wish I could think of a good title for this black cloud amongst the pretty pink!
The deck upstairs has been lifted and the workers are busy waterproofing, so hopefully the leak will be fixed. Another coat of waterproofing tomorrow and then we will wait for rain to see if it's sealed. 
And with all the working going on we had people to view the houses today! I haven't had any feedback from the agent yet.
I'm in a state of limbo as far as sorting goes - I need to get going again, and motivate hubby T to do more in his studio.
The good news is that daughter Penni wants our beautiful Stinkwood bench so it will stay in the family. She has a place for it in the townhouse she is busy moving into.
