Back home after a lovely few days staying in London with our daughter, son-in-law and youngest two granddaughters. It was pouring down when we got home, but I had a quick wander round the garden and noticed that our rambling rose which we’ve had for around 4 years has finally flowered for the first time and there are many more buds to open up yet!

The extra was of a lovely old Pears sign high up on a house in Highgate, London which we walked past yesterday afternoon.
