The Hamptons

So, the plan had been for me and my brother to run yesterday and tomorrow, and he did actually set off with me yesterday, but had to retire after a mile and a half due to a calf problem. 

That meant we wouldn't be running together tomorrow, and it suited me better to run today, so I went out at lunchtime, incorporating The Hamptons, which Mum introduced me to recently, into my route. 

As you can see from my photo, it doesn't look like a former sewage treatment works. 

And in the evening, the Minx came across from Chiswick, and Milly and Dan come down from London, and along with Mum and Wol, we all went up into Worcester Park for a curry at Meghna. I wish I could remember the name of the dish I had, but it was the best curry I've had in ages!
