In hospital today and met a cluster of dieticians

Is cluster the right collective adjective for dieticians.... not sure but right next to them was a woman selling very attractive gateaux!  Not sure who was most embarrassed.  My glucose levels went up just walking passed!  It was my 100th dialysis session today but the staff did not put any bunting out I was quite disappointed I thought I would have  at least some balloons!!!  Margaret has been to the card warehouse to see if they have   a card for the occasion. She never lets me down.
