The Great Belt Bridge

This morning we sailed under this bridge in Korsor. It joins 2 parts of Denmark with 2 sections of bridge - a suspension section and a low level section. The bridge as a whole is one of the largest in the world at a total length of 18 kilometres. It carries on average 27000 Vehicles a day. It was a spectacular sight and was well worth leaving the breakfast table for.

We have one more day of cruising left and we are now heading towards the North Sea for the final sea day of our trip. We had sun bathing weather today. I think it will be cooler tomorrow!
