Just Two

Two pink cherries, picked at the allotment this morning. They were eaten with dessert this evening and were sweet and tasty. I planted the tree they grew on a few years ago and these are the only cherries on it this year.

A wet and windy morning. I was volunteering at Tuppenny Barn. Fortunately we were in the potting shed planting on purple sprouting broccoli, kale and celeriac. Other volunteers were preparing a sale of plants gifted from the Chelsea Flower Show. Meanwhile Andy was on the golf course and Merlin was out for a walk with Hannah. The three of us reconvened at lunchtime to dry off and have a bite to eat.
