TT - Food

I had an enjoyable couple of hours this morning poking around for insects and spiders at a couple of favorite local spots.  Ran into a friend who I haven't seen for a while and he and I had a nice long chat on the trail which was a fun bonus.  I picked this shot for today as a twist on my theme of "food" for Tiny Tuesday.  This is a Goldenrod Leaf Miner beetle with some food - a goldenrod leaf.  This is a new - to me - insect species.  It's a super tiny beetle so I'm kind of surprised I was able to get much detail on it.

Got back home just in time for lunch and then spent a little time poking around in my own garden with Jax watching over me from a comfortable place in the shade.  Then a short nap and a shower and now we are out on the deck enjoying perfect temps.

Big day tomorrow as it is my first visit with the therapist.  I am a little nervous, but also know I need to get my depression under better control and sort through some things that are troubling me.  Self improvement - no one ever claims it is easy!

Later this evening I am going to start looking through all the TT entries for the week - this is always such a fun challenge to host so I'm looking forward to it!   My plan is to post my favorites on Thursday so stay tuned to this space!
