Flowering rush

We'd just got our gardening gear on this morning when it started to rain.  So we retreated inside, and I went to the sewing room.  W went back outside once the sharp shower was over.  I got involved in my sewing - I didn't get outside till after lunch.

But I did eventually get out there, and did some more weeding, and cleared a corner that has been annoying me.

In the evening we both fell asleep listening to Mahler's 6th Symphony (Berlin Phil, Gustavo Dudamel conducting)!
