Out early!

The forecast was wild , windy and wet so we had an extremely early walk to miss the rain.

It is amazing the number of folk at the Kelpies walking, jogging etc at that time in the morning.

Appointment at long last at FVRH. All staff were extremely kind and cheerful despite being so busy. Apparently quite a few people had not turned up for appointments today. Not good when the waiting lists are so long.

Golden girls chat tonight. Always nice to see them.Medical issues seem to be one of our main topics these days!
