The Birch Wood

A quiet day at work, I manage to get a lot of work done before I head out on my own as partner is busy with other things. Blip shows a very green birch wood on the glacial erratic mound. Looking very verdant despite the dry Spring conditions. A lot less breezy today, very warm in the sunshine.

After finishing work, partner and I head out in to the sunshine to get Friday afternoon coffee and cake. Heading home, cloud is moving in from the west. A change in the weather will move in overnight, bringing much needed rain. Last of the good weather in the uk for a while. Hopefully we will get a good summer weatherwise.
