Tiny Tuesday
The challenge on the subject of food naturally leads us to the kitchen cupboard for something 'seedy', so here's a few chia seeds with sesame, sunflower and pumpkin for scale.
I understand that chia are chock full of important goodness, such as omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, besides fibre and various vitamins, just the thing for people like me. Other seeds are good but these are exceptional, I'm told. I bought them to help set jam but now add some to my breakfast.
Thanks to Dbifulco for hosting Tiny Tuesday this month.
Extra photo: This afternoon I saw a physiotherapist about my crampy leg. The doppler test was deemed by the GP to be 'satisfactory' with no follow-up to investigate further but fortunately I had self-referred and the physio appointment came up.
I was put through a series of exercises, after examination and questioning which determined that there was probably little else necessary; the three illustrated I am to repeat to strengthen the musculature. I'll be back in six weeks, during which I shall have been on holiday, with much driving and unspecified exercise, so I must be diligent while away.
