Metamorphosis

Fuelled by heavily caffeinated java lava I raced through the intricacies of Spanish negatives and some routine admin for Ramblers. Encouragingly the paper this morning tells me up to 5 cups of coffee helps you “age well”.
I can't begin to imagine my much younger self having any clue that several decades later Spanish grammar would get me up in the morning.
Lively evening with friends and neighbours, D’s monk fish stew was delish. Lemon posset and Mary Berry shortbread seemed to go down well too.
