The first of many

The roses are about ready to pop. There are hundreds of buds. It will be pretty to see against the green of the house.

A relatively normal day at school. One more full day then the kids are there for a half day on Thursday. Then it's summer break. I do wish we would get out later in June and then start after Labor Day in September. The early weather in June is usually not very summery and the end of August is usually perfect. But we follow the university schedule so no chance of my wish coming true.
