Berries and aphids

Took this picture of some berries from a guelder rose (Viburnum opulus) with plenty of Black bean aphid/blackfly (Aphis fabae), there were ants milking the blackfly and keeping predators away from them but they were camera shy.

After arriving home I went round to a friends to sort out a computer's network connection but when I arrived he was working on his newly acquired Hill Special Road Path bike, which he is going to strip down and rebuild and use as it was intend on the road, rather than sitting in a garage unloved. Once his computer was re-connected we came back to our place to re-align the V-brakes on my better half's hybrid which had got totally out of alignment...!
