Brutalist

I didn't think I'd be able to find any brutalist architecture in Blackheath for Steveng's wide challenge today but I think this meets the definition of "raw concrete, bold geometric shapes and a utilitarian aesthetic".
However I suspect the owner was aiming more for economy than an architectural statement.
