Birthday boy

I took D to the Vaults for his birthday tea - they'd slightly cocked up the booking (having placed us at the table where the musicians always sit on a Tuesday evening, but offered us this table in what they now call the snug. Hadn't realised that when they did the refurbishment and expanded the bar they turned what had been the scullery into a nice wee space with two tables. Reminded us a bit of the Tulip Room in the Carriers Quarters - oh that was for a birthday pint during lockdown!
