Howmore

The weather is still holding and so we had a foray to the upper reaches of South Uist. We started at North Bay and then drove on south through the ranges.
We ended up at Peninerine. The Howmore river here is the largest river reaching the west coast on the island - it even has the odd salmon in it. 
With the hills of South Uist as a back drop, many a photo has been taken here.
