Over west

After eight months in hospital, my friend, Liz, has moved on Sunday to a care home between Barrhead and Neilston, East Renfrewshire.

It’s a great relief, especially for her husband, Tim, as the facilities look fantastic, and the staff seem amazing. They also have experience and support for people with dementia. 

I know this area well, as my old Aunt Nancy lived in the next village along, after Neilston. 

I have seen a fair bit of different weather on my travels today, from pelting down rain to nice bright sunshine … well, it is Scotland, I suppose
