Broomrape

We went to town this morning did BILs shopping took it to him and had a chat when we got home I did  few bits around the house
This afternoon I spent a bit of time sorting out the new organ spring then we went to the garden centre to get some bird food 
When we got home I made a new spring with lighter material as a practice for the stronger one when the steel comes 
Moreen made a wedding style cake this afternoon to take to our camping celebration weekend at the end of July 
When we were going to the garden centre I spotted the broomrape on the side of the road and as they are quite unusual I stopped on the way home and took a picture 
Very mixed day no rain but very overcast at times and a bit of sun windy again
