Appletreewick

This is the delightful village with a delightful name where we're staying.  I took this photo, showing one of the two very good pubs in the village, as we came back after another lovely walk alongside the River Wharfe.  In extras is a view of the village looking back the other way, down the street. 

Another extra shows Ivy fascinated by a wooden owl on top of a gate post which she really seemed to think might be real!  Another day of mixed weather which reminds us more of April than June!
