Cloisters

This was taken in the little garden by the cloisters of St Peter’s Cathedral, in Saintes. I went into town to look for some fabric to make aprons for my grandchildren, for when they “help” me with cooking!
I didn’t find anything suitable, which cost less than 15€ per metre, so I gave up and went to meet Mr F from AVF where he was doing English conversation. The subject they were discussing today was “the worst tv programme you have seen” apparently there were a lot of contenders on French tv for that!
In the afternoon I went to a brocante and found two aprons, perfect sizes, almost unused for 2€ each! That has saved me lots of time and money!
