………………………………….buncle! This garage being built above the prom has a footprint larger than most of the houses in the village…I’ve blipped the very modern glass houses previously which are known locally as Millionaire Row! The final house is being built for the builder himself and it includes this garage.

A day spent largely in front of a screen as I was the local WI delegate for the annual meeting of the National Federation of Women’s Institutes. I’d no idea what I was letting myself in for when I agreed to do it and was rather trepidation this morning when signing into the Zoom. It proved to be an interesting experience beginning this morning with a Companies Act Meeting before the main meeting started. The main meeting included an interview with Emma Bridgewater and a talk from Angel Strawbridge along with live questions and answers to both which broke up the monotony of the business side of things!

It’s been a sunshine and showers sort of day with blustery winds and cool temperatures…it was fair when my meeting ended so I took the chance to take a walk along the prom to blow the cobwebs away. Had a distanced chat with a friend on my road home then watered all the pots before having tea…although we’ve had a bit of rain the wind has been drying everything just as quickly! A quiet evening now.
