Caffeine overload

Early morning prayers on Zoom followed by coffee with half the world! Including this lovely friend from the streets. He was having a bit of a confused day, so it was good to just sit, listen, and watch him become more peaceful. It wasn't long enough as James and Rich flew in today and headed to the Port as they're in Formentera for 2 days before coming back here. We met them by their ferry for a quick coffee and a biiiig hug. Can't wait to see them at the weekend!
This afternoon I had the usual meeting with Alanna, prepping for Sunday. 
I've had a barrage of awful messages from S, not much fun being someone's emotional punching bag!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Coffee with the ES guys, and being invited to an 81st birthday lunch! 
2) Adrián - such a special soul. We took this pic to send to Danny when he was asking where I was! 
3) Seeing James and Rich - what a treat!!!
