Dragonfruit

Been on the go today.  Managed to get a washing load on the line immediately after breakfast.  

Quick market shop.  One of the stallholders told me the council are going ahead with a full scale revamp which market stallholders and market shoppers don't want.  Disappointing. 

But for this council a consultation seeking public opinion is a tick box exercise to demonstrate they've had a consultation.  It's not an exercise in listening to public opinion.  This deaf-ear/blind-eye council response has become a pattern post any consultation. 

These dragonfruit are weird and wonderful.  Not tried one.  May have to research how to consume.  Plus at £4.50 each it's a bit of a disincentive.

Rain forecast tomorrow.   Hopefully there'll be a few dry intervals.
