New Pastime

When I was planning my retirement (many years ago) I decided that I needed to find things to do that woud keep my brain active.
I went for 2 things, both of which I have always struggled with, but also wished I was better at them
The first of these I took up during lockdown / retirement v1 - which was learning another language. 
The second was to take up sketching / drawing. I haven't got beyond downloading a few Youtube tutorials so far (it's something more for wet days than when I can work in the garden). Slowly over time I have gathered a collection of suitable pencils and other materials, but while in the Lake District just before Easter I paid my first ever visit to the Pencil Museum and in their shop they had a bargain set of coloured pencils with a few other bits, so not being abe to resist a bargain I bought one.
