No takers.
Swapped our garden for a different one today.
Packed up a picnic lunch and headed out, first stop the Yorkshire Arboretum, checked out the red squirrel enclosure but sadly no joy again although one of the volunteers said five kits have been born in the last couple of weeks.
We had a lovely walk, so many changes since our last visit, everything so green and lush. Stopped by the lake for lunch in the sunshine.
Our second stop just up the road was Castle Howard, today we just wanted to see the gardens.
Everything was in full bloom and the scents from the numerous roses was wonderful and the bees were having a field day. So impressed with their hostas they are huge and not a snail in sight.
