I often see this lady around the West End. Today she was sitting in the Kibble Palace working on a crossword while listening (at a very high volume) to her music from a player in her bag. She always has the music playing but never this loud.
We were visiting the Glasshouses and the Kibble in the Botanic Gardens. 
Turned out a lovely afternoon and evening after a blustery and often wet morning.
