After a day of rain yesterday we woke to sunshine today.

This afternoon we revisited Brooklyn Reserve in search of fungi that possibly appeared after yesterday’s wet conditions. We weren’t disappointed. These green ones are new and the first time I have even seen this colour - other than as photographs captured by others. It was a moment of excitement!
